Waiver

By signing up for a class or workshop or attending a function at our property, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. You do hereby release ARTERIA, LLC or any person or persons acting on its behalf from liability for any bodily injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of any personal articles while on the premises or while participating in any activity sponsored by ARTERIA, LLC. Furthermore, the undersigned agrees that in the event medical attention is required due to accident or illness, ARTERIA, LLC shall, without accepting physical responsibility, seek such medical services as it deems necessary and appropriate through eMs/911 and/or local hospitals.

Media Release: I hereby allow ARTERIA, LLC to take photographs of me or my enrolled child/children to be used for promotional and archival purposes only. If you wish to opt out, please make the instructor aware of that prior to the start of class.

Guest Teachers/Artists: ARTERIA, LLC and it’s employees are not responsible for the promotional photographs, class descriptions and bios submitted by the artist/guest teachers.
 
Class / Workshop Etiquette: All scheduled classes and workshops start and end on time. Please be prompt in your arrival and departure, as we often have other classes starting after yours. Arriving 30 minutes late to a class counts as a no-show, and no make up class will be offered. Teachers are subject to change.

Refund policy: ARTERIA, LLC reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment or unforeseen teacher conflicts. If a class is cancelled a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a class for a full refund 7 days in advance of class/workshop start date. Cancellations made within 6 days of the class can be applied as a credit towards another class. Cancellations made within 2 days of the class are non-refundable. Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

All purchases of class packages are non- refundable and must be used within the time frame stated at purchase.

Due to the complexity of scheduling and planning, we are not able to offer refunds for series of classes/workshops. Please feel free to email us and tell us your conflict and we will try our best to figure out a solution!
